March Update

We started March off with a hymn sing that night after meeting.  We were one week into the gospel meetings, had several people attending, and it was John's birthday!  The next couple of weeks were filled with going to meeting each night, having company, (finally) getting the play set stained and put together, regular school days, getting ready for conference and just general living.  It was a good, but extremely busy time!  We were so excited to hear of several people accepting the Lord Jesus as their Saviour, and have since seen "fruit" growing in several of them!

The conference went well, although there weren't as many people there as we expected.  We had good ministry given, and it was nice to visit with many we only see once in a while!  Alisa's birthday was during the conference, but was moved along until we could celebrate on Tuesday!  The Cains, Eleo and Andrea came to help celebrate.

We were still feeling a little run down from all the busyness, so I thought it would be nice to take a break from school one day, and surprise the children with a trip to the Children's Museum!  We hadn't been in quite a while, and they were so excited!  We had a really nice morning all together!

There was about a week after that, and then we were getting ready to head down to Seedsowers in Irapuato, Guanajuato.  I'm doing a separate post about that, and will post it soon - it's about 1/2 done.

While we were gone, Tim's brother, Rob and Ada, had a baby girl!  Her name is Olivia Judith Ann.  Can't wait to meet the little sweetie this summer!  We were gone until after Easter, and came home after that, so will catch up again with an April update!

A fun design of a big "snowflake", and lots of little ones
We were so excited to get a railing up on our terrace.

Tim and the girls worked hard at sanding, staining, and putting the play set together

All done!!

Abdiel getting baptised Saturday night at the conference.
When Debi was with us, she introduced us to Peppa Pig (we'd never heard of it before).  I decided to surprise Alisa with a Peppa cake.

At the Children's Museum - the bubbles are always a big hit!

Outside the museum was fun, too!

Not just for kids...

Climbing down like a monkey!

Love this picture of these two!

School day!
A man came by, selling Valencia oranges to use for juice.  I decided to get some...

DELICIOUS!!  It made about 4 liters, and lasted us about 4 days!
 Little goose!

 Our new niece, Olivia!

The family's getting bigger!
